To secure your appointment at Zenx Beauty, a credit card is required at the time of booking. This ensures that your spot is reserved and allows us to accommodate all clients efficiently.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance – A fee of 50% of the cost of services booked will be charged.
• No-shows – A fee of 100% of the cost of services booked will be charged.
